UEFA Europa League football betting - Wolfsburg vs Fulham

Woflsburg host Fulham tonight in the Europa League with the West London side arriving with something to defend after their 2-1 win in the first leg. Fulham have every reason to be pleased with their performance in Europe this season and after beating Italian giants Juventus in the last round they overcame the Bundesliga champions at Craven Cottage last week and with little left to play for in the Premiership their fans would love to finish the season with a trophy.
The home side are clear favourites for the game at 8/11 (bet £11 to win £8 profit) with Totesport, leaving Fulham as underdogs at 9/2 with Betfred with the draw at 11/4. The visitors have been inconsistent recently but although they have lost five of their last eight matches they go into tonight`s match on the back of two wins in a row. Wolfsburg, however, have been extremely good recently and will be confident of getting a result tonight after winning six of their last seven league games.
The game is expected to be close and the bookmakers have made a 1-1 draw the favourite score, pricing the Fulham-friendly result at 7/1. A reversal of the first leg score, in the form of a 2-1 win for Wolfsburg, is 8/1 with Boylesports and a more convincing 2-0 is on offer at 17/2 with Paddy Power. Sportingbet go 16/1 that the game finishes goalless and the same price is available with Paddy Power on a 1-0 win for the Cottagers, which would add yet another great night to an already memorable season.
Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko, who has scored an impressive eighteen league goals this season, has been made favourite to open the scoring tonight at 4/1, with his Brazilian strike-partner Grafite next at 5/1. Stan James offer 6/1 on former Newcastle forward Obafemi Martins with Bobby Zamora, who drew first blood for Fulham in the first leg, seen as the visitors` best chance to break the deadlock tonight at 15/2.
Wolfsburg are 9/5 to lead tonight at both half-time and full-time and 7/2 to win the match after drawing at half-time. The bookmakers offer 11/2 that both halves end in a draw and Roy Hodgson`s Fulham are 9/1 with Betfred to be in front at both the interval and the final whistle. Draw/Fulham is available at 11/1 with Coral.
Neither side is among the favourites for the Europa League this year but at this stage everyone has a chance and Wolfsburg are 8/1 for some European success, with Fulham slightly longer at 9/1.
