Mark Webber will be looking to make it three wins in a row, as he starts from pole position in the Turkish Grand Prix today. He qualified 0.138 seconds ahead of McLaren`s Lewis Hamilton, and Red Bull have now started from pole in every race.
Third on the grid is Webber`s team-mate Sebastian Vettel, followed by Jenson Button in his McLaren.
Webber is odds-on to win this race, best priced at 9/10 with Blue Square (bet $100 to make $90 profit). Hamilton, who has not yet won this season, is at 3/1, while Vettel is at 9/2 with Sporting Bet.
Jenson Button is at 16/1, and Michael Schumacher, who qualified in fifth place, is at 50/1. Fernando Alonso will be very disappointed with qualification, where he could only manage twelfth, and he is 80/1 with Sky Bet to win the race. Nevertheless, the bookmakers see Alonso as extremely likely to finish in the points, priced at 2/7.
The two Red Bulls of Vettel and Webber are joint favourites to record the fastest lap of the race, both priced at 5/2 with Ladbrokes. Lewis Hamilton is at 4/1, and Alonso is at 10/1.
Webber and Vettel are currently joint top of the points table, and are well placed to capitalise today. Vettel is favourite to win the Drivers Championship, priced at 2/1 with Sporting Bet, while Webber is at 5/2 on Betfair. Alonso is 6/1 with Sky Bet, and Hamilton is at 13/2 with Bet365. Button is priced at 18/1 to retain his title.
