Barcelona travel to Valencia this evening as they face their first real challenge so far this season. Barca have been in superlative form so far, winning all six of their league games, and scoring 17 goals along the way.
The champions are 7/10 (bet $100 to make $70 profit) favourites to win the match, whilst Valencia are at 4/1. The draw is at 3/1.
Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is favourite to open the scoring at 5/1, followed by talismanic winger Lionel Messi at 11/2. Frenchman Thierry Henry is at 13/2, whilst Bojan is at 7/1. Valencia’s best hope is David Villa at 7/1 but Nikola Zigic is close at 9/1.
Pep Guardiola’s side are 9/5 to be winning at half time and full time, and draw / Barca is at 4/1. Draw / draw is priced at 6/1, whilst Valencia / Valencia is at 17/2.
A 1-1 draw and a 2-1 win for Barca are both priced at 8/1, with a 1-0 win at 12/1 and a 2-0 win at 13/1. Barca are also 14/1 to win 3-1.
Barca are 8/15 favourites to retain their league title, ahead of Real Madrid at 12/5. Valencia are 9/2 to win the league without Real or Barca.
