Bookies Paddy Power are betting Grimes twins John and Edward will get lucky before the year is out – lucky in love that is!
According to recent reports the 18 year old twosome are still virgins but all that looks set to change with cheeky bookmaker Paddy Power quoting 7/4 that the lads will dip their wicks before New Years.
As for who the lucky ladies might be: Big Brother babes Chanelle Hayes and Chantelle Houghton are amongst the favourites at 4/1 and 6/1. Newly single Katie Price is 8/1 to get her claws into either of the Lucan lads while Peaches Geldof, who is a big fan of Jedward, is also 8/1 to pop their cherry! There’re even odds on Big Brother double-act ‘Samanda’ pairing up with the lads.
Sharon McHugh, spokesperson for Paddy Power said: “However unlucky in love Jedward may have been in the past, they certainly won’t be anymore! Already the X Factor house has come under siege from crazed female fans that can’t get enough of the boys so we doubt they’ll be stuck for someone to cosy up to this Christmas!”
And the Grimes twins luck appears to be on a roll. Paddy Power have further slashed the odds on them winning the X Factor to 7/1 from 10/1. A Grimes victory would leave bookmakers Paddy Power with a hole in their pocket for more than €400,000.
