Champions League Twenty20 cricket betting

The Champions League Twenty20 cricket starts tomorrow, with the Bangalore Royal Challengers hosting the Cape Cobras in the opening match. The Challengers are 8/13 favourites for the match, whilst the Cobras are 11/8.

The Delhi Daredevils and New South Wales are the joint favourites for the tournament, priced at 6/1. The Challengers are next at 13/2, as are the Deccan Chargers. The Victorian Bushrangers are next at 8/1, whilst the Cape Cobras are at 12/1. Sussex are priced at 12/1, and Wayamba are at 14/1. The other English team, Somerset are at 16/1 with the Diamond Eagles at 20/1. The West Indian delegation is comprised solely of Trinidad and Tobago and they are at 22/1 with the Otago Volts bringing up the rear at 25/1.

Sri Lankan batsman Tillakaratne Dilshan is favourite to be the top batsman for the tournament, followed by Australian Wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist and Virender Sehwag at 12/1. Gilchrist is also favourite to hit most sixes in the tournament at 6/1. Indian Gautam Gambhir is at 14/1. South African Jacques Kallis is next at 16/1.

Brett Lee, who was in fine form in the ICC Champions Trophy, is joint favourite to be top bowler with Ashish Nehra and RP Singh. They are all at 14/1. At 16/1 are Pragyan Ojha, Anil Kumble and Dale Steyn.
