Tottenham travel to Elland Road tonight, to take on Leeds in their FA Cup replay. In the first leg, Leeds striker Jermaine Beckford scored a penalty deep in stoppage time to take the tie to a second leg. Spurs had twice been ahead through Peter Crouch and Roman Pavlyuchenko, but Beckford's two equalisers meant that Leeds will have another chance to progress.

The second of the Australian Open quarter-finals takes place tonight, with big-hitters Andy Roddick and Marin Cilic set to slug it out for a place in the semi-final. Both players came through five set matches to make it this far, with Roddick coming back from 2-1 down to beat Fernando Gonzalez and Cilic knocking fourth seed Juan Martin del Potro out.

Today sees the third African Cup of Nations quarter final, with the two most successful African sides of the last decade locking horns. Cameroon had a fantastic start to the 2000's, winning the Cup of Nations in 2000 and 2002 as well as finishing runners-up in the 2003 Confederations Cup. However, Egypt were the dominant African team towards the end of the decade, winning back to back Cup of Nations in 2006 and 2008.

The year's first Grand Slam starts this Monday, and the draw has now been made. Top seed Roger Federer faces a possible quarter final clash with in-form Russian Nikolay Davydenko, and a could face 2008 champion Novak Djokovic in the semi-final. Federer lost in the final to Rafael Nadal last year, and the three time champion will look to regain his title this year.

Juventus welcome Bayern Munich tonight in a vital Champions League clash which will see one of these European giants crash out of the competition. Bourdeaux have already secured the top spot in the group, which leaves these two sides to fight it out for second place.
