The final day of the season sees Manchester United needing a win and a favour from Wigan to win the Premier League title. The defending Champions trail league leaders Chelsea, who face Wigan at Stamford Bridge today, by one point with a vastly inferior goal difference and will need a miracle to retain their crown. Stoke have been very difficult to beat for most of the season but United will take confidence from their 7-0 defeat at the home of their title rivals last month.

Tottenham travel to the City of Manchester Stadium tonight, and stakes could not be higher for the clash. Spurs are looking to finish in the top four and qualify for next season's Champions League and they are currently four points behind Manchester City with a game in hand.
