Premier League - Arsenal v Swansea City betting preview

EMIRATES STADIUM, LONDON - A new look Arsenal side are heavy favourites to beat Premier League new boys Swansea City at the Emirates on Saturday.

The Gunners are quoted at best odds of 4/11 (bet £11 to make £4 profit) with bet365 and Paddy Power to claim their first win of the season. Swansea are top priced 10/1 shots with Betfred and Totesport to cause a massive upset with a win in north London. The draw can be backed at best odds of 4/1 with Victor Chandler and Ladbrokes.

Arsenal were busy in the transfer market at the end of the window, signing some decent players despite the hint of desperation about their business after losing 8-2 to Manchester United. Mikel Arteta, Yossi Benayoun and Per Mertersacker could all feature while Andre Santos is lacking fitness and Park Chou-Young is still waiting for a visa. Kieran Gibbs and Theo Walcott are fit so Arsenal are almost back to full strength with only Thomas Vermaelen and Tomas Rosicky out injured.
