Gary Kirsten 7/4 to be the next South African coach

Following the resignation of the South African cricket coach Mickey Arthur, Sky Bet have open a book on who will replace him. Former South African cricketer, and current coach of the Indian cricket team Gary Kirsten is the 7/4 favourite with Kepler Wessels and Jeremy Snape next best at 3/1. Former South African fast bowler Corrie van Zyl, who has been installed as temporary coach, is 4/1 to takeover the role on a permanent basis.

Sky Bet`s cricket betting spokesman Jason Colley said: "Arthur`s resignation has come as a bit of a shock so there is no firm favourite to take over his job."
