Cusack paves way for more GAA players

Following the recent decision by Cork hurling legend Dónal Óg Cusack to reveal himself as gay bookies Paddy Power are speculating on which sport is next to have an Irish sportsperson publicly out themsleves.

According to Paddy Power, Dónal Óg Cusack’s revelation may prompt other GAA players to break their silence and come clean about their sexuality. Gaelic football is the bookies 3/1 favourite to have the next player out themselves followed by hurling at 7/2 and gymnastics at 4/1.
