Sunderland 11/4 to finish higher than Newcastle United this season

Sunderland are 11/4 to finish above Newcastle in the Premier League according to Ladbrokes.
After picking up a last-gasp 3 points on Sunday Martin O'Neill's side have been cut to 11/4 (from 7/2) to finish higher than Newcastle by the end of the season. Although it's still 3000/1 that they'll lift the Premier League Trophy and 500/1 that Newcastle will triumph at the top of the table.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "It would be a huge turn up for the books if the Black Cats turn their fortune around and not only beat the drop but finish above their North East rivals."
