Kean & Coyle scrap for survival
ONE OF the under-fire pair of Owen Coyle & Steve Kean will be out of a job come the New Year according to Ladbrokes.
The bookies are convinced one of the two managers will leave soon quoting just 1/6 that either has left their post by midnight on New Year's Eve. Kean is currently the odds-on sack race jolly at 4/9 while Coyle is next in at 13/8.
It's also just 7/4 both clubs are relegated this season and 7/2 they both avoid the drop. Blackburn are 11/10 favourites to win the match, Bolton can be backed at 5/2 and the draw which is the subject of all early money is a 5/2 chance.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: "Blackburn are the biggest losers in our relegation book. We're just as desperate as Steve Kean for them to turn things around."
He added: "The odds don't look good for either manager with the loser of this game surely only days away from the sack."
