Goals from Steven Gerrard and Craig Bellamy sealed the Reds' route through to the Wembley showpiece, where they will face Cardiff.

The Bluebirds are 7/2 underdogs to win their first trophy for the clash in Sky Bet's Carling Cup final betting market after reaching the final with a tense penalty-shoot-out victory over Crystal Palace.

In the match betting, Liverpool are 4/9 to win in 90 minutes, with Cardiff 6/1 to seal victory and the draw is available at 11/4.
