Chicharito brace earns Manchester United their first away win and a 5/1 price for the title

BRITANNIA STADIUM, STOKE - A Javier `Chicharito` Hernandez double gave Manchester United all three points yesterday in what was their first away win of the season after four draws previously. The win allows them to leapfrog their Mancunian rivals Manchester City after their defeat to Arsenal, into 3rd position, on goal difference as both teams have 17 points. Chelsea lead the way on 22 points which makes United 5/1 shots (bet £1 to make £5 profit) to win the title with Bodog and Blue Square. Chelsea are best-priced at 8/13 with Victor Chandler.
United had thrown a lead away to Fulham, Bolton and Everton, and it looked as if the Red Devils were going to do it again yesterday after Hernandez`s backward header in the first half was cancelled out by a Tuncay Sanli equaliser for Stoke on 81 minutes. However, Chicharito was in the right place at the right time on 86 minutes, showing predatory instinct to turn in Patrice Evra`s cross-shot and win the game for United.
Given the disillusionment of Wayne Rooney, and their inability to close out games this campaign so far, some have been questioning whether Man United would finish in the top four. But with Spurs lacking consistency, United are top priced at 1/7 with Paddy Power to finish in the top four, a shorter price than Man City and Arsenal.
Hernandez`s brace was his second and third goals for United in his debut season, and he is third-favourite to be United`s top goalscorer this season at 3/1 with Betfair, before Rooney, who has one goal, at 7/6, and Berbatov, at 8/11, who has six goals so far this campaign. Also on three goals is Nani, who is priced at 7/1.
