Premiership top four betting odds - Man City and Spurs set to fight it out

The race for the Champions League is hotting up, and with Manchester City and Tottenham in pole position, it could all go down to their match at Eastlands on the 5th of May.
City failed to capitalise on Tottenham`s loss to Man Utd, drawing 0-0 at Arsenal, and they are a point behind, with a better goal difference. Aston Villa are sandwiched between the two clubs, in fifth place, but have played one more game than the other two. Liverpool have also played one extra game, and are a further point behind City.
At the moment, Spurs are odds-on to take the fourth spot, best priced at 19/20 (bet £200 to make £190 profit) with Sporting Bet. City are at 6/4, while Villa are priced at 12/1 on Betfair. Sky Bet offer 25/1 on Liverpool making fourth place, despite Rafa Benitez`s guarantees earlier in the season that they would make it.
This weekend, Spurs host Bolton, in what should be an relatively simple match for them. However, Harry Redknapp`s side have repeatedly failed to win against lower opposition in the league this season, with losses against Sunderland, Wolves and Stoke good examples of this. They will need to win against the Trotters to keep the pressure up, and are priced at 2/7 to gain all three points. After this game they travel to Man City, before a final day excursion against-already relegated Burnley.
City have a tougher test this weekend, hosting Aston Villa. The sides drew when they met at Villa Park in October, but City are a very different proposition at home. Paddy Power offer 10/11 on the Citizens winning the match, while Villa are at 7/2 on Betfair. A draw, which wouldn`t be ideal for either team, is at 13/5. Villa host Blackburn on the last day of the season, while City will travel to West Ham.
