English Premier League betting - Manchester United vs Wigan

Manchester United host Wigan Athletic tonight, hoping to make up ground on league leaders Chelsea, who are currently five points ahead of them. Fellow chasers Arsenal are also in action tonight, playing Portsmouth, and United will be keen not to slip up, and maintain their place as nearest rivals to Chelsea.
Sir Alex Ferguson have won all of their last ten meetings with Wigan, scoring 30 goals in the process, and the last time these sides played, United won 5-0. Wes Brown, Nemanja Vidic and Ryan Giggs all returned from injury in the win against Hull, and the trio should be fit to play tonight.
Manchester United are favourites for the game, priced at 2/9 (bet £90 to make £20 profit), while Wigan are at 20/1. The draw is priced at 5/1.
A 2-0 United win is the favourite score at 11/2, ahead of a 3-0 win at 7/1. A 1-0 win is at 15/1, with 2-1 at 9/1 and 3-1 at 12/1. A 1-1 draw is at 13/1, while Wigan`s best hope is a 1-0 win at 35/1.
The Red Devils are 3/4 to be winning at half time and full time and draw / United is priced at 4/1. Draw / Draw is at 11/1, and Wigan / United is at 30/1. Wigan / Wigan is priced at 40/1.
English striker Wayne Rooney is favourite to open the scoring, priced at 3/1, followed by Michael Owen at 4/1. Dimitar Berbatov is at 5/1, with young duo Federico Macheda and Danny Welbeck at 11/2 and 13/2 respectively. Luis Antonio Valencia and Ryan Giggs are at 9/1 and 11/1, and Wigan`s best hope is Hugo Rodallega at 12/1. Interestingly Wigan have not lost a single game when Rodallega has scored, winning five and drawing one.
United are second favourites to win the title at 5/2, behind Chelsea at Evens and ahead of Arsenal at 4/1. Despite Wigan`s poor form, they are not seen as likely to go down, and are 4/1 to be relegated.
