Champions League group stage draw and betting odds

SWITZERLAND - Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Barcelona have all been handed easy draws in their Champions League group stages but Real Madrid, AC Milan and Inter Milan all face more difficult ties.

Barcelona were shortened to a top price of 3/1 (bet £1 to make £3 profit) with Ladbrokes to win the Champions League after they were drawn against Panathanaikos, Rubin Kazan and Copenhagen in Group D. Real Madrid are the second favourites at 11/2 with Victor Chandler but they have been drawn in the tough looking Group G with AC Milan, Ajax and Auxerre.

Third favourites are Chelsea at 6/1 with Paddy Power and they have an easy looking group F to contend with, facing Marseille, Spartak Moscow and MSK Zilina.
